Pegged Jeans

I’ll go ahead and say it-I hate pegged jeans. Sure, they might be one of the most comfortable and forgiving trends to arrive in awhile, but they absolutely look horrible and do not flatter one bit! Katie Holmes, a stick figure, can stand the extra room, but for someone a little curvier like Reese Witherspoon, the pants only make her look heavy (which she’s not!). They seem to be worn with ballet flats and a shorter shirt to allow a little forgiveness in flattery, but forget it. There’s no way you’re convincing me this trend is a good one. Skinny jeans may be extreme, but c’mon, what ever happened to the ever-flattering bootcut?? I’ll take my Sevens any day.
