Look (and Smell Chic!): DKNY Jeans

When you were a kid, did you have certain favorite books you liked your parents to read to you? I know I did. My favorites were always the scratch and sniff ones. There was something about the interaction of being able to scratch the book and smell something deliciously good like apples or bananas. And my parents sure got a kick out of it, too (I still hear them tell stories to this day about how I loved those scratch and sniff books!).

The DKNY Jeans Juniors line has a couple of new holiday tees ($29) that are actually scratch and sniff cherry and bubblegum. They'll take you right back to your childhood days. And for me, that's a great thing, because I never really left my childhood days (my name means "youthful one" and my husband insists I'm still a kid).

The tees are short sleeve, but great for layering over other tissue paper-thin long sleeve tees (layer it over a contrasting color, like pink over brown or yellow over pink, to make it super-cute!). I like the crewneck on the cherry version, but I am really liking the off-center v-neck of the bubblegum tee. Pair them with jeans and your favorite riding boots, and scratch and sniff away! (We won't tell anyone the secret to your "new perfume," we promise.)
