Tinsley Mortimer is one my favorite NY socialites. Why? Because she's so into fashion (don't you love that red belt she's wearing in this photo?) she even has her own line of super-cute handbags. Check out my favorite below (the Winnie) from the Samantha Thavasa by Tinsley Mortimer Spring 09 Collection. This bag is the perfect spring companion if ever I saw one. The bright orange hue and playful ruffles are ideal for (a) strolling down the boardwalk by the sea, (b) taking a jaunt through the park (Central, if you're lucky!) or (c) attending your next fashion show. Ok, let's be realistic. If you don't have a boardwalk or a fashion show around, this beautiful bag is a keeper for even a trip to the freaking grocery store! I kno
