Everyone's wearing them. The Legging by JOE's, that is. Fergie and Heidi Klum were both spotted recently donning a pair in black (would you wear leggings in any other color? I think not!). They're $89, and look super-chic with heels or a pair of combat boots (love this). Balance out the slim bottom by layering up top with a jean jacket and tee or a cardigan over layered and constrasting-hued tanks/tees. Most of the time, a longer, empire-style top is even better (aka: we don't wanna see all that junk in your trunk - unless you're Heidi Klum!).
