And it's quite genius how EF managed to incorporate black and white with the pop of pink - both huge trends this year, not to mention I think they look stunning in contrast. This dress is the perfect sparkly addition to the closet - parties...get-togethers...oh, I don't know, making sandwiches? I would so do this. On the other hand, I'm really digging a great shorts suit (hello, ikat!) - and the plus is you can create even more outfits by separating the pieces. Blazer meet skinny jeans! Voila.
P.S. Here's a little inspiration for ya....
Erin Fetherston captures the
last sparks of summer before the fall. With her signature feminine
aesthetic, the designer takes us on an enchanted globetrotting journey. Inspired by travels through South America and a holiday spent in the
Venezuelan islands of Los Roques, Fetherston plays with a tropical color
palette and shimmering, luxe textiles. For evening, she
proposes romantic silhouettes in sparkling variations of chiffon, lace
and jacquard. Daytime options range from a polished jacket and shorts
combo in an eclectic Ikat pattern to cool shirt dresses in folk art
prints and embroidered cotton voiles for slip-on-and-go ease, perfect
for taking in the last days of summer.
