Nicole Miller Trunk Show at Dillard's ~ I Heart Heels

It's been a huge week around here! Fashion designer Nicole Miller visited my town of Little Rock and I couldn't have been more thrilled. Squeals for days!! Little Rock is also corporate home to department store, Dillard's (I know, it's dangerous territory, folks...for the love of shoe shopping). Dillard's hosted a fabulous spring trunk show with Nicole, and I was able to attend (thanks for the heads-up to my friend, L!). The trunk show was glorious, and I, of course, scooped up a spring dress I'll be featuring next week (along with my interview with Nicole at our fun local event with Baptist Health, Bolo Bash...stay tuned!).

It was a great time at Dillard's, and I wore my laser-cut resort top Nicole gifted me a couple of years back. I told her I'm so obsessed with this top because the back of it matches my shoes. (See this previous post for more photos of the back!) So I paired the top with some slinky black leggings and a touch of pearls. Oh, and the vintage Chanel bag? Major, yes? It's all mine. For the month of April anyway...blush. I've borrowed it from Bag, Borrow or Steal, and I can't tell you how many compliments it received over the last few days. I'm pretty much obsessed myself, and am now considering a Chanel fund. For serious. This bad boy is amazing, and is so large it holds my DSLR camera. Bam.

P.S. I may or may not have revealed my Chanel was borrowed to anyone else. Shhhh...secret's ours. That's the point of BBS...no one has to know!
