Whiny Wednesday: Little Ladies Who Brunch

Count this weekend amazingly fun. It was my most fav Mother's Day yet. I took the kids to a fun museum and we got to hang out with family (including my fav person of all, my mom, of course!) - you can't beat that. And the weather? Sunny as can be. So, of course, we dressed ever-so-chicly appropriate.

A day in the sun calls for this fun Rose tunic and leggings set ($37.50) sent to us by Mud Pie. It's going to be perfect for our beach trip with the adorable open petal back! Obviously, it's a bit much for daycare and other events, but I let her wear it to brunch and for the car ride home because it's made of the softest bamboo-blend leggings. (They're supposed to be capris, but her legs are still a little short!) Aren't the ruffles just sooooo squeal-worthy?

I was worried about the white tank, but the flower applique was just too adorable to resist - and since it's made of sturdy cotton interlock, stains aren't really a problem. Both pieces slide right on and off, making it really easy to wear. It comes in sizes 12-18 months all the way to 5T (she's wearing a 2T).

Mud Pie is a brand fav, and so is this outfit. For the girly-girl through and through...

P.S. Her metallic gladiator sandals are by See Kai Run and they are the most versatile spring/summer shoes ever! She wears them to daycare and on the weekends both. On a scale of 1 to 5 hearts, I give these 5 hearts!
