I was actually surprised on the people.com poll Kelly only ranked a 75% hit (25% miss) on this when the instant I saw her dress I thought “so pretty!!” This Hamptons sweetie can do no wrong. And a halter style looks so good if you’re willing to show off those arms-I find it the most flattering style because it covers just enough and highlights the shoulders-one of the body parts guys secretly obsess over. No flashy jewels needed here either-the beautiful and bright tangerine hue says it all. Plus, smooth, glowing skin and loose, summery hair say summer’s not over yet!
